The Pastry Garden in Hopewell Jct. is the newest and fourth location for the 25-year-old family owned business. Three locations (Rte 44 near Adams, Sugar and Sprice Fishkill and Rte 9 Poughkeepsie Plaze) are owned by Anthony & Stephanie Principe. The Hopewell location is owned by their daughter Lori Guarino. In addition to the bakery products offered at other locations, the Hopewell location also offers a line of gourmet ice cream including Soft Serve with Flavorburst, Sundaes, Shakes,

Banana Splits as well as homemade Hard Ice Cream, Gelato, and Italian Ices all made on premises. We offer Ice Cream Cakes in all sizes which can be custom made with almost any flavor of ice cream and filling, including the standard hot fudge and crunchies, or any combination of fillings and candies. The cakes also include a think layer of the regular white and chocolate cake used in our bakery cakes. The decoration for each cake is custom and of the quality that customers have come to expect from The Pastry Garden.

There is a variety of Ice Cream Pies available (including special flavors for holidays) and gourmet novelty items that are ideal for entertaining such as Ice Cream or Gelato filled Cannoli's, chocolate dipped ice cream balls, ice cream parfaits, sorbets, etc. Because everything is made on premises, we welcome custom requests.
