Pre-Consultation Information
Thank you for your interest in our bakery services! Before we schedule your consultation, here’s a little information:
Appointments are 30 minutes long which give you a chance to sample your cake choices and discuss your cake design.
Because appointments are scheduled every 30 minutes, we ask that you have a good idea of what you are looking for before coming into your appointment. This helps to ensure we are able to serve all couples with attention to detail in a timely fashion.
Appointments are complimentary for clients who book with local vendors that include a cake as part of their event package.
All other clients interested in a tasting & design consultation incur a $25 booking fee to be paid at your appointment. This fee is applied as a credit when you finalize your order.
Appointments are held at our Route 9 location in the Poughkeepsie Plaza: 2600 South Road, Suite 5, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601
Make sure you give us a call early in the year to ensure you get the date & time you'd like! Saturday appointments fill up very quickly...
Appointments are held:
Wednesday through Saturday, 9:00am - 3:00pm
If booking time with our consultant is not possible, we have alternative options:
Tasting samples can be ordered anytime - we are open 7 days a week. You may pick up your samples and try them at your leisure. When you decide on a cake flavor & filling combination that suites your taste, we can converse via email or phone to ensure prompt and accurate service! Emails allow for easy photo/swatch exchanges and phone calls allow us to build a relationship with all of our clients even when we can't meet face-to-face!
