Order Policies

PLACING ORDERS
We keep a variety of 6"and 10" cakes available in our display cases for immediate purchase, but we highly recommend placing cake orders at least 48 hours in advance - we can sell out on busy weekends very quickly! Orders for specialty cakes, custom decorated cakes, cupcakes and cookies should be placed as far in advance as possible.

ORDERING IN ADVANCE
We hate to say no to any order large or small. To avoid this we ask that custom orders be placed far in advance. For custom decorated cake orders that require fondant or chocolate pieces we ask for a minimum 3 weeks, cookie and specialty cake orders we ask for a minimum 2 weeks, cupcake orders a minimum 1 week. These are guidelines and do not guarantee an order, we may have to turn away orders during busy holiday seasons or times of the year. It is highly recommended placing orders as far in advance as possible.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
All sales are final, with the exception of custom orders cancelled with sufficient notice (discussed below). In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can fix any error, and return the uneaten portion within 24 hours. Partial or full refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis, but please note that we do not provide refunds in cases where an item was prepared correctly but a flavor or texture did not meet a personal preference.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of placing any custom order, with final payment due one (1) week prior to the delivery or pick-up date. In the event of cancellation, these monies are forfeit (and cannot be credited toward future bakery purchases). If your custom order is made less than one (1) week in advance, the total amount is due immediately. If final payment is not made by this date, the order is considered canceled.
Notification of cancellation must be made six (6) or more days prior to the delivery or pick-up date in order to receive a partial refund of monies paid. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made with less than six (6) days notice. Note that regardless of the cancellation date, the 50% deposit is always non-refundable.

DESIGN FINALIZATION
The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavors of the cake. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional rush-order charges based upon time and product availability.
