After Eight: Chocolate cake filled with white chocolate-mint mousse and chocolate ganache.  It is iced in peppermint buttercream, windmill style, then dipped completely in chocolate ganache, finished off with After Eight mints with a bottom border of chocolate fudge.

All-Vanilla: White cake filled with vanilla custard and iced in buttercream. Decorated with white cake crumbs up the sides and ivory flowers on top.

 

Almond Joy Mousse: Chocolate cake filled with coconut mousse, toasted almonds and chocolate ganache in every layer.  It is iced in buttercream and completely covered with coconut shavings and drizzled with chocolate ganache.
